Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration and delivery of Seed programs, including course scheduling, faculty coordination, and logistics with minimal supervision.
  • Manage program timelines, ensuring milestones are met and key deadlines are adhered to.
  • Responsible for analysis, synthesis, and subsequent recommendations from program monitoring surveys and internal feedback.
  • Ensure that the delivery of STP across all regions is on par, and the learner experience is seamless.
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the STP.
  • Act as the point person for all matters regarding the delivery of the STP program.
  • Ensure STP program is compliant within the broader scheme of GSB policies and rules through liaising with various GSB departments.
  • Work with the Seed communications team to deliver all STP orientation, onboarding, and program communications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness.
  • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills.
