We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Entrepreneurship & Management Programs. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the learning journey of entrepreneurs and business leaders across Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the administration and delivery of Seed programs, including course scheduling, faculty coordination, and logistics with minimal supervision.
- Manage program timelines, ensuring milestones are met and key deadlines are adhered to.
- Responsible for analysis, synthesis, and subsequent recommendations from program monitoring surveys and internal feedback.
- Ensure that the delivery of STP across all regions is on par, and the learner experience is seamless.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the STP.
- Act as the point person for all matters regarding the delivery of the STP program.
- Ensure STP program is compliant within the broader scheme of GSB policies and rules through liaising with various GSB departments.
- Work with the Seed communications team to deliver all STP orientation, onboarding, and program communications.
- Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills.
