Program Manager

At MFSTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process documentation, process improvement, and project work under the direction of the Director of Finance & Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small portfolio of projects focused on process documentation, process improvement, and project execution, partnering with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to define the scope of initiatives and establish project goals.
- Develop detailed approaches that outline steps necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and allocate resources (time, budget, equipment) necessary to complete assigned projects effectively.
- Create project plans that ensure resources are appropriately utilized to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Establish objectives and evaluation criteria to assess project success upon completion.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, and management of staff and/or volunteers needed to execute project tasks.
- Ensure proper onboarding, confidentiality, and orientation of project personnel in line with organizational policies.
- Engage qualified consultants as needed to support specific project activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of directly related experience in project management or a similar role.
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or technology is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and work autonomously.
