Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Services to lead our financial services team and drive growth in this critical market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Cloudflare's financial services offerings, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Cloudflare's financial services offerings, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales strategy development.
  • Build and lead a high-performing financial services team, including hiring, training, and managing sales and marketing professionals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other industry partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of financial services initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in financial services, including sales, marketing, and leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including sales and marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
