Job OverviewMistral Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts in the LATAM market. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and other teams to develop and execute business strategies, ensuring maximum revenues, profitability, and growth for the region.

This role entails working with diverse stakeholders, including international and domestic team members, engineering staff, end-users, and partners/clients. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to drive results and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies to meet MSI's financial objectives and maximize revenues, profitability, and growth in LATAM.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, evolving operational requirements, and implementation activities to support MSI's activities in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and partners to increase market share and obtain a competitive position in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding targeted opportunities, ensuring accurate, competitive information on prospective deals being submitted for pricing and approval.
Requirements:
  • Background in business development and sales for defense & law enforcement companies.
  • Experience working with LATAM markets.
  • Education in Business Administration preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
