Our estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, based on education level and prior experience.
Job DescriptionThis full-time Regional Account Manager will be responsible for developing/positioning/marketing Greenbrook as a leader in TMS Therapy and esketamine therapy through development of long-term relationships with key behavioral/mental health providers or other appropriate providers and key accounts.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing/positioning Greenbrook as a leader in TMS Therapy through development of long-term relationships with area providers and other referral sources.
- Engaging and educating healthcare professionals on TMS Therapy and esketamine treatments through superior product knowledge including clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Business development including routine review of center specific reporting for the purposes of evaluating trends and strategic tactical development.
- Generate contacts and sales leads while maintaining relationships with providers and communicating service and development.
- Achieve and exceed territory goals; drive center performance and ensure patient forecasts meet or exceed expectations.
- Working with regional management and medical directors to create a business plan with a local strategy focusing on account prioritization and account specific strategies while successfully executing TMS NeuroHealth Centers' global marketing strategy.
- Providing timely sales updates and presentations focusing on territory strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats including the identification and implementation of the most effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Employ competent administrative management of work hours, referral call data, market changes, communication responses, synchronization, and expense reporting.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of full-time, successful B2B/healthcare/medical sales/marketing experience required. A Bachelor's Degree and a demonstrated track record of territory growth and exceeding targets are also necessary.
