Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with a Director of Sales to generate new sales opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and create customer-facing presentations for advisors.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to clearly articulate value, influence others, and motivate action.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate calendars with multiple stakeholders.

  • Prospecting Tasks: Manage Stratus records (Contacts, Companies, Activities, Lead Lists).
  • Send introductory, follow-up, and simple response emails to prospects.
  • Campaign management.

The company is seeking a hardworking, task-oriented, project manager who is flexible to changing business needs within an entrepreneurial environment.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Sales, you will begin with an in-depth training program to gain technical knowledge of employee benefits insurance, effective selling techniques, and learn the firm's insurance and risk management value proposition to support clients' needs and passions.

Education and Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience required; 2+ years of relevant sales or customer service experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Certification(s) and License(s) are not required.

Technical Skills Required

Rapid understanding and adoption of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
