Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy and esketamine treatments for patients with mental health disorders. We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Manager to join our team in the Maryland/DC metro region.

Job Summary

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key healthcare providers and other referral sources in your territory. You will educate healthcare professionals about TMS therapy and esketamine treatments, provide product knowledge, and support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. Your primary goal will be to drive center performance, achieve territory goals, and ensure patient forecasts meet or exceed expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong clinical sales ability, effective organizational and communication skills, and the ability to learn, analyze, and convey complex information. You should be self-motivated, a leader who takes initiative, and have experience working with physician offices in a sales capacity. Behavioral/mental health or pharmaceutical sales experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and positioning Greenbrook as a leader in TMS Therapy through development of long-term relationships with area providers and other referral sources.
  • Engaging and educating healthcare professionals on TMS Therapy and esketamine treatments through superior product knowledge including clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles.
  • Business development, including routine review of center specific reporting for the purposes of evaluating trends and strategic tactical development.
  • Generating contacts and sales leads while maintaining relationships with providers and communicating service and development.
  • Achieving and exceeding territory goals, driving center performance, and ensuring patient forecasts meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of full-time, successful B2B/healthcare/medical sales/marketing experience required.
  • Behavioral/mental Health B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience is strongly desired.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of territory growth and exceeding targets.
  • Thorough knowledge of business development and competency in navigating complete sales cycle.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on education level and prior experience, a monthly car allowance, and a generous benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
