    • Oversee the financial aspects of real estate development projects, including tracking expenses, analyzing budgets, and preparing financial statements.

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership and guidance to accounting and administrative team members, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and monitor project work in progress schedules and reports.
    • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
    • Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Review and/or prepare tax returns as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, MBA preferred.
  • CPA license, current and in good standing.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role for a real estate development company with multiple entity experience.
