Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Ace Handyman Services Puget Sound. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating customer calls, educating customers on our services and solutions, and managing the daily schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to job leads in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
  • Utilize our dispatching and schedule management software
  • Return customer calls as needed and follow up with past customers
  • Perform paperwork and filing duties
  • Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of administrative assistant/scheduling experience
  • Comfortable with sales
  • Adaptive to technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent office management skills
  • Solid typing skills; ten-key skills, a plus
  • Great multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Sales and/or marketing a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus
  • QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge, a plus
  • Customer-facing experience, a plus
