  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings, offering backup support as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with sales/media applications such as WideOrbit and vCreative.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma is mandatory; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant experience is necessary.
