Position Overview
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Orientation Coordinator and Client Liaison. This full-time position is essential to our administrative team, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage training and orientation materials for incoming staff.
2. Organize and schedule orientation sessions for new employees.
3. Facilitate weekly in-person orientations for new hires, with the possibility of conducting one-on-one sessions via video conferencing.
4. Perform client satisfaction assessments through home visits and phone calls to ensure quality service delivery for both new and existing clients.

Additional Duties:
Other administrative responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
