Senior Soccer Sales Executive

Founded in 1975, SCORE has established itself as a leading provider of uniforms and equipment for youth sports. As a forward-thinking organization, we have expanded our product offerings to cater to a diverse range of sports including flag football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and more.
The Senior Soccer Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market share through strategic sales initiatives, partnership development, and customer relationship management. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this key position will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
About You- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in the soccer industry is highly desirable
- A proven track record of new customer acquisition and sales growth
- Excellent leadership, training, and management skills
- Ability to execute contracts, manage sales programs, and build strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A passion for sports, particularly soccer

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue potential for the soccer category
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain relationships with key partners and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly
- Analyze market conditions, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings
- Create customized proposals and presentations to meet specific customer requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends within our CRM system
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Represent SCORE at trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and services
