We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manufacturing Sales Professional to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business.
  • New Business Development: Grow gross revenue of $2MM+ by identifying and developing new client relationships in the dietary supplement contract manufacturing space.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Revenue Growth: Execute strategies to exceed sales targets and drive new business growth consistently.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales within the contract manufacturing industry (preferred). Proven success in generating new product revenue.
  • B2B Sales Expertise: Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships and a keen understanding of client needs.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission
