The primary objective of this role is to deliver and oversee all facets of quality patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation in accordance with organizational standards and community needs. You will serve as an advocate for patients and their rehabilitation journey, actively engaging in quality assurance and customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational therapy services in line with licensure
  • Supervise the activities of assistants, aides, and students as applicable
  • Adhere to all safety protocols for personal and patient protection
  • Enhance clinical and professional knowledge through ongoing education
  • Contribute to departmental operations and growth
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding patient status and needs
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Ability to practice without restrictions
  • In good standing with all relevant regulatory bodies
  • Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance providers
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient rights
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Current CPR certification
