The primary responsibility of a Rehabilitation Director is to ensure that all therapists under their supervision are effectively addressing the needs of patients in a home setting.
This role involves reviewing rehabilitation reports for each patient to monitor progress and outcomes. A degree in mental health, psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy is required for this position.
Compensation:
The weekly pay is based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends relevant to the assignment's location. Factors influencing hourly wages include experience, demand, availability, and location.

OneStaff Medical Job ID #. The pay package is structured around 8-hour shifts and a standard 40-hour workweek (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
