Position Overview
As a Rehabilitative Specialist at Cambay Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our patients through dedicated physical therapy services. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their recovery and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy interventions in alignment with established care plans from healthcare providers.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques aimed at alleviating discomfort, restoring physical capabilities, and promoting optimal performance levels.
  • Guide patients through both active and passive rehabilitation exercises, including muscle reeducation, gait training, and assistance with mobility aids.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, clinical observations, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage in collaborative meetings with the Home Care Team and participate in ongoing educational programs to enhance professional development.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license to practice as a physical therapist in the respective state.
  • Possess a Doctorate or Master’s degree in physical therapy.
  • Have at least one year of professional experience in the field of physical therapy.
  • Current certification in CPR is required.
  • Must be a licensed driver with a reliable and insured vehicle that meets organizational standards.
