Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Pareto, a Randstad company. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our client's presence in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to target ideal customer accounts
- Conduct thorough research on target companies and prospects to inform outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to optimize sales performance
Requirements:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
