We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our team at eTeam. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Perform installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) of PC equipment.
  • Respond to change management requests from clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding repair status and arrival times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
