The Boeing Company is currently seeking a F-15 Systems Integration Test Engineer (Level 2 and 3) to become a vital part of the Fighters Mission Systems team. This role is integral to supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware and software engineers, to create and implement detailed test plans for the integration of mission systems on the F-15 aircraft.
  • Design and execute test procedures and methodologies to assess the functionality and performance of mission systems hardware and software.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of mission systems integration, documenting any issues or defects encountered.
  • Partner with aircrew to facilitate testing in scenarios relevant to mission objectives.
  • Work alongside the development team to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring the prompt delivery of high-quality mission systems.
  • Utilize a variety of testing tools and equipment to replicate real-world scenarios and validate mission systems performance.
  • Maintain thorough test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports, ensuring all testing activities are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with fellow test engineers to enhance testing processes and methodologies, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness within the integration lab.

We are actively seeking candidates with varying levels of experience, including Associate and Experienced Level F-15 Systems Integration Test Engineers.

Work Environment:

This position requires 100% onsite work at designated locations.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which necessitates U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start are mandatory.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
  • Eligibility to access Special Access Programs (SAP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in an avionics or mission systems lab environment.
  • Familiarity with data protocols such as 1553, 1760, fiber, and ethernet.
  • Knowledge of F-15 aircraft systems.
  • Experience with avionics or mission systems.
  • Proficiency in using DOORS and ClearQuest.

Typical Education:

Associate (Level 2): Education and experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, along with 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mid-Level (Level 3): Education and experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, along with 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
