Key Responsibilities:
The position entails hands-on laboratory work, conducting safety and electrical assessments alongside the engineering team. You will be involved in multiple build processes for testing purposes and will provide support to fellow engineers. Data collected from these tests will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues. Utilizing FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) as a foundational template for testing, you will engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with the team to devise solutions and troubleshoot challenges.

Requirements Management:
Developing and maintaining the requirements documentation for the system is a critical aspect of this role.

Essential Qualifications:
Effective communication skills are vital, particularly in adhering to testing protocols, analyzing testing data, and consolidating findings for clear communication. Technological Proficiency:
Familiarity with Google tools is expected, and training will be provided on systems such as Windchill, SAP, CN processes, lab requests, and A3 methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is mandatory, along with 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Interpersonal Skills:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in groups, effectively communicating with team members, and presenting data clearly. Proactive communication, clarity, and conciseness are key skills that will be evaluated.
