Compensation and Schedule

We understand that compensation is important. Therefore, we offer competitive hourly rates tailored to each market.

Compensation: $18 / Hour
Shift: Weekend shifts from 12:45 p.m. to 9 p.m., with additional shifts on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:45 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Full-time, 32+ hours)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Monitor and assess the assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities.
  • Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards effectively.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
  • Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
  • Possession of a state license, if required.
