Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is in search of dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to enhance our nursing team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to deliver exceptional care and ensure the safety of our residents. Responsibilities include administering IVs and medications, as well as monitoring vital signs. You will also provide guidance and support to nursing assistants.

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options with rotating weekends.

Available Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts

Compensation: $ per hour based on experience + Shift Differentials

Qualifications:
