About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Operations Supervisor to join our team at PetIQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our veterinary clinics, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our patients and their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise veterinary clinic assistants to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement processes to improve clinic efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with office leadership to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pet owners, partners, and team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekends, varied weekdays, and times, with occasional overnights
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service sales experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Navigate computer hardware (iPad, Bluetooth devices, and more)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work within a team to meet team goals and objectives
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
