- Ability to work weekends, varied weekdays, and times, including occasional overnights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a veterinary or pet-related setting.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including iPads and Bluetooth devices.
- Ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
