Role Summary

Toyota's SPAD ESS (Engineering Support Services) Group is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Engineering Administrator (Fit Check and Installation Training Coordination Analyst). This role is pivotal in coordinating accessory fit checks and training sessions to bolster SPAD Engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaboration among various internal teams to organize meetings aimed at fit-checking accessories on vehicles and training production installers across different facilities.
  • Gather parts readiness information from multiple sources to effectively plan activities and communicate these plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings to assess progress and reflect on completed activities.
  • Engage with our counterpart department in Japan as needed to request support, including access to vehicles and prototypes under development.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity within a technical setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across various disciplines, including engineering, administration, product planning, program management, and IT.
  • Ability to document standard practices and track action items to completion.
  • Experience in providing visual tracking and status updates.
  • Familiarity with the automotive development process.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in developing Toyota A3 reports.
  • Familiarity with SPAD's internal AMS system.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
