Role Overview:
As a Water Systems Project Specialist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and design of essential water and wastewater infrastructure, including but not limited to pump stations, odor control systems, water wells, lift stations, and treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate multiple project teams working on concurrent assignments.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and financial integrity of all projects.
- Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Collaborate with senior management to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports to effectively communicate project updates to team members and clients.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer registration in Texas is preferred; candidates within six months of obtaining their registration will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in the design of Water/Wastewater systems.
