Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer growth and adoption of our SafetySuite products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, providing solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize customer value.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
