We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team through mentorship and peer support.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
