Position Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team at Agilent Technologies. This high-performing group is dedicated to rapidly and efficiently introducing products, solutions, and innovative marketing strategies to the market. The position allows for a unique blend of business acumen, creativity, and technical expertise to develop and oversee global marketing initiatives that support the company's sustainability offerings.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in identifying, developing, and executing marketing programs aimed at promoting and driving revenue growth, with a particular focus on solutions that align with our customers' sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with commercial marketing, branding, and public relations to devise innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that generate awareness and demand for sustainable workflow solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Work alongside Regional Marketing Program Managers and channel partners to analyze competitive insights and market data, ensuring the development of effective programs that cater to diverse regional requirements.
  • Partner with Segment Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Corporate Environmental Social Governance (ESG) teams to create strategic, customer-focused messaging and positioning that translates into impactful marketing materials and commercialization strategies.
  • Conduct financial analyses to build compelling cases for marketing programs, identify target audiences, and collaborate with marketing communications to establish program plans and the appropriate marketing mix.
  • Define sustainability messaging and content requirements, as well as SEO, SEM, and social media strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization.
  • Evaluate the short- and long-term impacts of marketing initiatives, measuring return on investment and implementing improvements to strategies and designs as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Post-graduate education or certification in Marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a commercial marketing role demonstrating measurable results.
  • A strong commitment to sustainability initiatives is highly recommended.
  • Experience in developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns that effectively drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
  • Proven ability to create data-driven, goal-oriented plans that align with strategic business objectives.
