POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Gaming Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that staff deliver exceptional customer service while overseeing personnel in their designated areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Maintain the integrity of gaming operations by closely monitoring staff and patrons in the assigned area, while consistently observing for any misconduct by dealers or players.

Uphold performance standards, policies, and procedures related to gaming operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.


Support and enforce company policies with a thorough understanding of all approved gaming activities, while possessing extensive knowledge of departmental processes.

Continuously monitor ongoing games for any irregularities in player or dealer behavior.

Foster positive customer relations, assess gameplay, and offer complimentary services when suitable.

Assist in the management of card changes and table fills/credits.

Support the Gaming Manager during card counts and secure the card control cabinet.

Stay informed about current promotions offered by the casino.


Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor at all times, walking through the assigned pit areas to continuously oversee staff and guests.

Demonstrate the ability to make fair and unbiased decisions regarding issues or errors.

Communicate any irregularities or discrepancies to the Gaming or Shift Manager that may arise at a table or with a guest.

Effectively coach team members on company and departmental policy/procedure violations.

Adhere to all gaming protection policies.

Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in gaming operations is required.

Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.

Capable of managing stressful situations and noisy environments while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Must exhibit patience and composure when coaching staff or addressing challenging customers and employees.
