Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise hourly associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ordering and inventory management of products.
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost within budgeted targets.
  • Train and develop hourly staff to implement policy and procedures effectively.
  • Foster consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
  • Prioritize sanitation and safety protocols when handling food and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor or sous chef.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $28-$35 per hour (dependent on experience)
