Responsibilities
  • Supervise hourly associates to ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ordering and managing inventory of products.
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget.
  • Train and supervise hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
  • Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
