Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner II to join our Marketing Technology team at Enterprise Mobility Inc. As a Product Owner II, you will be responsible for executing the vision and strategy for assigned technologies and/or families of technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Marketing Technology, Digital Products, Digital Marketing, and IT teams to understand business cases and goals.
  • Implement and develop assigned technologies, including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints, and scrums.
  • Manage technology road maps for features and capabilities to ensure alignment with marketing and business objectives.
  • Support the Marketing Technology team by operating and monitoring the system, creating and prioritizing the system optimization backlog.
  • Ensure delivery of well-aligned, high-value solutions through the use of technology life cycle and agile development methodologies.
  • Partner with and serve as a liaison between Marketing Technology, Digital Products, Digital Marketing, IT, and other internal partners and external vendors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization by applying advanced familiarity and skills with assigned technologies and systems.
  • Support internal teams and third-party vendors with development of feature acceptance criteria, test planning, and end-to-end testing.
  • Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful implementation, integration, release, and/or launch within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned technologies and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or an applicable field.
  • Two (2+) years or more of experience as a Technology Owner, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Experience with data activation for digital media and marketing campaigns, and/or data modeling, scoring, and analysis.
  • Experience working with or integrating customer data platforms (CDP) or data management platforms (DMP).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
