Job Description:

We are looking for a technical support specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to a network of distributors across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting technical issues, and utilizing Freshservice to track and document issues.

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate's degree with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support is critical.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and chat queues is necessary.
