Job Overview
Cavco Family of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through phone contact, addressing warranty issues, and enhancing delivery services for our retailers.

About the Role
This role involves performing various administrative tasks as needed, providing customers and coworkers with an outstanding experience, and maintaining accurate office files. You will also be required to demonstrate a strong work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity, prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company through telephone contact by answering calls, assisting customers with warranty issues, and improving delivery services for retailers.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.
- Provide customers and coworkers with a remarkable experience.
- Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity.
- Maintain accurate office files.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective planning and organization skills
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and computer knowledge
- Excellent listening skills and ability to offer solutions to unique situations
- Strong communication skills, patience, and phone skills
- Empathetic outlook and ability to work on a team

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
