**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage incoming calls from customers and provide prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Schedule and manage customer estimates, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Build relationships with clients and provide top-level service and support, ensuring complete satisfaction with our services.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-5 years of experience in call center or customer support, preferably with a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Service Titan is an asset.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • An hourly rate of $16-$20, plus opportunities for spiffs and commissions.

**Location:** Waco, TX. Relocation to Waco is required.
