As a Senior Manager of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of inclusion and respect throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of our work, including hiring, training, and community engagement.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions to address DEI gaps.
Develop and manage budgets for DEI initiatives and programs, ensuring effective use of resources.
Provide training and education to employees on DEI topics, including unconscious bias, microaggressions, and cultural competency.
Requirements:
Master's degree in DEI, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in DEI, including program management, training, and community engagement.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform DEI strategies.
