As a Senior Manager of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of inclusion and respect throughout our organization.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.





  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of our work, including hiring, training, and community engagement.





  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions to address DEI gaps.





  • Develop and manage budgets for DEI initiatives and programs, ensuring effective use of resources.





  • Provide training and education to employees on DEI topics, including unconscious bias, microaggressions, and cultural competency.





Requirements:





  • Master's degree in DEI, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or a related field.





  • 7+ years of experience in DEI, including program management, training, and community engagement.





  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.





  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform DEI strategies.
