Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing DEI strategies, with a focus on creating a workplace culture that promotes equity and inclusion. This role requires a high level of creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance staff diversity and inclusion.
- Design and execute programs to improve employee experience and promote a workplace culture of equity and inclusion.
- Manage the annual DEI calendar, including logistics, coordination, and support for events and initiatives.
- Prepare internal communications and external social media posts to share company news, updates, and events.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive DEI strategy in a non-profit organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Compensation Package:
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
