About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Chief Inclusion Officer. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive DEIB strategy that drives organizational change and fosters a workplace culture of equity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEIB strategy that aligns with ICL's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement equitable recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion/pay practices.
  • Serve as a member on the Employee Resource (ERG) committees and represent ICL at DEIB-related events, conferences, and meetings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in DEIB, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse individuals and groups.
