The foundation is seeking an exceptional candidate for an 8-week paid internship as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern. This role offers exposure to both internal and external DEI work across all aspects of the organization's functionality.

This internship provides a valuable chance to develop skills in content creation, data analysis, and project management while working closely with the Employee Resource Groups (ERG), DEI Council, and People & Culture leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing engaging content for monthly DEI newsletters and weekly internal posts.
  • Support the development of educational programming for staff members.
  • Collaborate on special projects with ERG, DEI Council, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze DEI data to track progress and measure effectiveness.
  • Work on a team project with fellow interns to execute a Foundation-wide initiative.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with data analytics a plus.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong professionalism when interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation: The selected candidate will receive $20-$25 per hour, depending on their level of education.
