USI Holdings Corporation seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be immersed in the fundamentals of employee benefit consulting, including the USI ONE Advantage processes and best practices.

The Employee Benefits Career Track Program provides over 1,300 hours of formalized training sessions and practical hands-on work experience. You will assist in all aspects of account management, including day-to-day account management, client services, and insurance contract reviews.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree achieved between Spring '24 and Spring '25
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a wide range of benefits, including medical, wellness, dental and vision, 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts, short and long-term disability, life insurance and other unique employer-sponsored and voluntary programs.
