Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to support our sales team at Best Roofing Services LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.
About the Role: In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our Service Sales Account Manager to schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and ensure they achieve their sales objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing proposals using documents received from EDGE estimators for client submission, drafting emails detailing project expectations, and handling incoming calls for new leads and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate proposal & contract documents, develop client presentations using PowerPoint, maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups, input project data accurately, schedule meetings and roof audits, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required, excellent customer service, professional oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to function in a team environment, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, creative thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, executive/administrative assistance experience preferred, estimating and/or project management of roofing projects preferred, and at least 2 years of basic roofing knowledge and/or construction background preferred.
We Offer: A competitive salary range between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
