We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Associate to join our team at Biz Karts Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in sales and business development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining incoming sales inquiries and managing social media accounts. They will also handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, document and update customer records using our CRM system, and develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. Previous experience in data entry and basic administrative work is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Document and update customer records using our CRM system
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services

Requirements
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish speaking skills an advantage
