We are seeking an experienced Commercial Business Development Associate to join our team at Professional Career Match Solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in developing new business opportunities and growing our Janitorial Services division.

As a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably within the Janitorial or Security industries, and a strong understanding of CRM systems. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English speakers are highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55k to $60k plus bonus and benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and additional perks. Our office is located in Ft. Lauderdale, and you will be required to regularly travel to various locations within the tri-county area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retain business
  • Manage a pipeline of leads in CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies and execute plans
  • Deliver high-quality weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial sales
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to manage a pipeline of leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual Spanish/English speakers highly valued
