Position Overview:
The Guest Engagement Representative plays a vital role in the dynamic game day operations team within the Guest Experience Department. This position is essential for ensuring that every guest enjoys a remarkable experience during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and readiness to assist guests while anticipating their needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all attendees entering and exiting the venue.
  • Provide precise directions to seating areas and key attractions within the venue.
  • Engage proactively with guests throughout the event.
  • Address guest concerns and relay them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for all events held at the venue.
  • Effectively communicate essential information to guests.
  • Project a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Exhibit punctuality and professionalism regarding attendance and scheduling.
  • Utilize provided tools and resources to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor various areas during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including security, food service, and maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service and conflict resolution is preferred.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer service situations with composure.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Availability for training sessions throughout the year.
  • Commitment to work during scheduled events, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and lift items up to 30 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Knowledge of sports is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and holidays.
