Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction through the following duties:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring each interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintain accurate records by entering information into the computerized reservation system.
  • Assist guests with reservations and modifications, ensuring unit availability.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who exhibit a positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service, cash handling, and data entry is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
