The Front Desk Agent is responsible for cultivating an engaging and caring atmosphere for both internal and external guests.

Success in this role hinges on ensuring complete guest satisfaction through efficient check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest-related issues, providing property and destination information, and proactively responding to guest needs.

The hotel's success relies on establishing long-lasting relationships with our guests, and the individual selected for this role will be fundamental to this relationship.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exceptional communication and hospitality skills are essential.
