Business Development Manager for Automotive Parts

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Automotive Parts to join our team at Hanwha Advanced Materials. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Automotive industry. You will leverage industry events and conferences to build valuable connections and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Automotive industry, leveraging industry events and conferences to build valuable connections.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the automotive industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling objections to secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of OEMs and the automotive market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 40% of the time.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
