Job Title: Fleet Technician

SIXT LAX is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial to ensuring our rental operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs, including oil changes, tire replacement, and vehicle inspections.
  • Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while performing repairs.
  • Meet daily output goals and maintain a minimum efficiency of 100%.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or trade school graduate.
  • ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering and Brakes (A4-A5) or ability to obtain within 1st year of employment.
Working Conditions:
  • 40-hour work week.
  • Daily representation of SIXT Rent a Car by following professional appearance standards.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as automotive parts.
  • Exposure to chemicals associated with mechanical vehicle repairs.
