In this essential role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our supporters receive outstanding assistance. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to Inquiries: You will be the welcoming voice for our supporters, addressing questions, providing information, and assisting donors and listeners. Whether it’s a prayer request or a technical inquiry, you will manage it with professionalism and care.
  • Managing Contributions: Every donation is significant, and you will be tasked with accurately managing contributions. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality will enable us to effectively steward these resources.
  • Service to Others: Above all, your role transcends mere employment; it is a ministry. As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with the understanding that every interaction is a chance to embody compassion and grace. Whether you are resolving a concern, praying with a listener, or guiding someone to the right message, you will do it all for a higher purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and embrace our mission to see lives transformed and communities strengthened.
  • Handle communications from listeners in various regions.
  • Respond to listener inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Process orders and contributions accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and assist customers with basic technical issues.
  • Maintain and update listener accounts in our database.
  • Prioritize and organize daily tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Assist listeners in locating specific teachings and resources.
  • Gather listener feedback and prayer requests.
  • Stay informed about ministry updates through various channels.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in phone interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive approach to learning and customer service.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
  • Ability to type at least 70 words per minute.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to anticipate questions.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle consecutive phone calls efficiently.
Experience in customer service or as a professional phone operator is preferred but not mandatory.
